Hello marble fans, here is what has changed in 0.3.99:

• Added Track Selection window, create as many tracks as you like (the files are stored in %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\UglyPixels\MarbleRaceCreator\Tracks )
• Track name displayed in top left corner
• Refreshed U

I have decided to discontinue WebGL support for now. WebGL is a nice platform to show off your project to a wider audience in the beginning but the bigger and more advanced the project gets the more technical problems appear. The aim is to release the game on Steam anyway so it is natural to spend all development time on new features and fixes with a stable platform like Windows.
